Lobster Pot Cottage is a traditional fisherman's cottage located a short walk from the harbour in Wells-next-the-sea, Norfolk, recently modernised but retaining all of the original features and character associated with buildings of this age. Located in an elevated position in Chapel Yard (one of the many "Yards" for which Wells is renowned), the cottage has views of the Lifeboat Station, Pinewoods and the sea above the rooftops of other cottages along Freeman Street ( see below ).

There is a secluded south facing courtyard garden to the rear of the property accessed through the newly constructed conservatory.

There is parking for one car immediately in front of the cottage.
