Lobster Pot Cottage is a modernised 2 bedroom fisherman's cottage, the layout is shown below. The accommodation is suitable for up to 2 adults and 3 children (2 bunk beds are in Bedroom 2 - plus a cot is available suitable for a baby).

Please note:

Stairs: Please be aware that the stairs to the first floor are quite steep and winding and not suitable for those with impaired mobility.

Smoking: We do not allow smoking within the property and would appreciate your co-operation in keeping it smoke free.

Cleaning:  The property is checked between lets, however as there is only a limited time to arrange cleaning we do ask you to kindly leave the property in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next tenants.

Bed linen:  No linen is supplied in the property. Please bring sheets and duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels, and linen for the cot if required.

Refuse Collection: The dustmen call on Thursdays - please ensure that the bin is moved to the front of the property ready for collection.
