BOOKING INFORMATION

(TERMS AND CONDITIONS)

 All our lets start from 2.00 pm and end at 10.00 am.

 (PLEASE NOTE: Tenants are requested to vacate the property by 10.00 am on the day of departure to allow time for checking the property prior further letting. Thank you.

Deposits:  Please send a deposit of 20% of the total holiday cost when returning the booking form.

Reservations:  You are advised to make your reservation as soon as possible. We can provisionally book the cottage over the phone or by email but the deposit must be paid within 7 days to secure it.

Rents:  The rent, in full, is payable not less than one calendar month before the tenancy is due to commence. Electricity and gas is included in the rent unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations:  Tenants having signed an agreement are responsible for the full rent and therefore, we strongly advise prospective tenants to obtain insurance cover against cancellation. If cancellation is received prior to the calendar month before which the balance is due, only the deposit will be lost.

Bed linen:  No linen is supplied in the property. Please bring sheets and duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea towels, and linen for the cot if required.

Sundry Items:  Cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils are provided.

Electrical Equipment:  Where electrical equipment is mentioned as being provided in the property, it should be noted that we cannot guarantee that these things will be in working order. However, we will do our best to ensure that they are and will also endeavour to arrange for prompt repairs if necessary.

Cleaning:  The property is checked between lets, however as there is only a limited time to arrange cleaning we do ask you to kindly leave the property in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next tenants.

Complaints:  Should there be any cause for complaints during the occupation of the property, it must be notified promptly to the owners to enable them to deal with the problem immediately.

Pets:  No pets are allowed in the property.

Smoking:  Smoking is not permitted at the property.
